angela cherrington

Chartered Director (SA), former Chief Executive Officer of the Institute of Directors in Southern Africa (IoDSA) and involved in the field of director education for 16 years. Angela is a Founder and Director of Professional Service Hub (Pty) Limited – YourHub. She is Chair of the Independent Professional Body Forum (IPBF) and has Chaired or participated in a variety of collaborative committees, forums and professional body working groups. Angela is also a Non-executive director of The South African Institute of Tax Professionals (SAIT), a Trustee of the Endangered Wildlife Trust, and the Independent Chair of the Nominations Committee for the Water Research Institute South Africa. Angela is the immediate past Chair of the Global Network of Director Institutes (GNDI) and now works actively with the international forum leading the network’s Secretariat. She served as the Deputy Chair of the African Corporate Governance Network (ACGN) from 2016 to 20

gillian le cordeur

Gillian is a Co-Founder and Director of YourHub and has been the Chief Executive Officer for The Institute of Risk Management South Africa (IRMSA) for the past ten years. During her time as CEO, IRMSA reached new heights, including recognition as the Professional Body for Risk Management in South Africa. Gillian became passionate about the strategy and operations of Not-for-Profit Associations during her time as the Chief Operating Officer for an Association Management Company working with many different associations from various industries. Gillian is currently an Executive Committee Member on various bodies, one being the Professional Body Forum, which is a forum very close to Gillian’s heart and most definitely where her passion lies. She has served as a representative of the International Federation of Risk Management and Insurance Associations
